Integration Program Manager

The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating multiple complex technical integration initiatives that involve cross-functional team collaboration and system-level dependencies. This role ensures successful integration of technical components across platforms and teams, mitigates risks associated with interdependencies, and drives alignment across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver cohesive solutions on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management & Execution
• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional technical programs with a focus on system integration and dependency management.
• Develop detailed program plans, integration roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Dependency Management
• Develop detailed dependency roadmap.
• Identify, track, and resolve technical dependencies across teams and workstreams.
• Proactively work with engineering and product leads to address gaps, sequencing issues, or potential blockers.
• Cross-Project Team Collaboration
• Serve as a central point of coordination across technical teams, ensuring clarity of ownership and accountability for interdependent deliverables.
• Collaborate and facilitate regular syncs and status updates across project core team members and program stakeholders.
• Risk & Issue Management
• Monitor technical risks related to integrations and dependencies; escalate issues with potential downstream impact.
• Implement contingency plans to maintain project timelines and quality.
• Reporting & Communication
• Deliver timely and transparent program status reports, highlighting risks, decisions, and dependencies.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and integration points in clear, business-friendly language.
• Tooling & Process Improvement
• Leverage project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) to maintain visibility of integration milestones and cross-team dependencies.
• Continuously improve program management processes, documentation, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, software development, or systems integration
• Proven track record managing cross-functional technical programs with complex dependencies
• Strong technical acumen and ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and integration patterns
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project)
