The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, ensuring smooth system configuration and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP PP QM module implementation, configuration, and integration for end-to-end production planning and quality management processes within the medical device industry.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, create functional specifications, and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
- Configure SAP PP and QM modules in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820).
- Provide expert-level guidance and troubleshooting during system implementations and upgrades, ensuring optimal use of SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Integrate SAP PP and QM with other modules like MM, SD, and PM to streamline business processes and data flow.
- Integrate SAP PP with SAP Manufacturing Execution.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in training users on the PP QM functionality.
