Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects
Manage schedules, budgets, and risk across operations, infrastructure & cybersecurity
Collaborate with cross-agency stakeholders and vendors
Support business analysis, requirements gathering, and UAT
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related field
PMP & CSM Certifications
Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
Knowledge of NIST, HIPAA, and cybersecurity compliance
Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Asana
Strong experience with ITSM, change management, and cross-functional leadership
