Job Details

Title: PeopleSoft HRIS Developer

Location: Remote (Prefer EST or CST Candidates)
Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation:
Pay Range: $63000K-$90000K

Description:
Join a dynamic HR Technology team as an enthusiastic and detail-oriented developer.
Support, maintain, and enhance HRIS systems.
Contribute to projects, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Develop technical solutions and assist in system implementations.
Opportunity to learn and grow in HR technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy technical solutions for HRIS environments.
Support day-to-day operations and maintenance of HR modules.
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and implementations.
Develop and modify system objects and assist with writing queries and reports.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand and translate business requirements.
Document technical specifications, system configurations, and user procedures.
Participate in system and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Exposure to programming concepts and interest in developing technical skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
