I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Client requires the services of 1 Software Developer 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Software Developer 3, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas State Client.
All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Texas State Client and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Texas State Client will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).
The Department of Information Resources (DIR) requires the services of (application developer) hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualification of 3 emerging and the specifications outlined in this document for Texas Department of Public Safety.
Provide application support include analysis off application functions, data processing, resolving data corrections to insure agency services maintain functions. Position may edit and correct existing applications and/or develop new solutions to remedy situations that may arise. Create support documentation where applicable to define new and existing software.
II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

III. TERMS OF SERVICE
Services are expected to start 05/22/2025 and are expected to complete by 08/31/2025. Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 693 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.
IV. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION
Services shall be provided during normal business hours unless otherwise coordinated through the Texas Department of Public Safety. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed.
The primary work location(s) will be at Work location will be hybrid (1 day a month in office at Austin, TX 78752, the rest remote). The working position is Hybrid - On Site and Telework.
