Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team by recruiting, mentoring, and developing talent while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Supervise the lifecycle of products and services, ensuring updates, maintenance, and new releases are executed effectively.
Develop and execute technology plans that align with organizational priorities and IT service goals.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify solutions, define project scopes, and establish delivery timelines.
Allocate resources effectively to ensure projects meet customer expectations within budget and on schedule.
Introduce new practices and strategies to enhance operational performance and drive organizational success.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts to balance cost and quality.
Perform additional tasks that contribute to the company's long-term objectives and operational efficiency.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management or a related field.
Proficiency in Active Directory and backup technologies.
Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies and computer hardware.
Expertise in configuration management and Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage conflicts effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and technology trends.
