Job Details

Position Summary:

We re looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented E-commerce Content & Engagement Manager to own and elevate the content strategy and user experience across our website. This role blends strategic thinking, UX design, copywriting, and performance optimization to drive engagement, boost conversions, and create a best-in-class online shopping experience.

You ll lead the development of landing pages, promotional content, brand storytelling, and SEO-focused initiatives while partnering across departments to ensure content is aligned, timely, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a content strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create and optimize on-site content (banners, landing pages, product descriptions, etc.).
  • Design UX/UI mockups using Figma.
  • Drive SEO and conversion optimization (CRO) efforts.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, developers, marketing, and SEO teams.
  • Manage projects using tools like Jira.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce content/UX roles.
  • Strong copywriting and image editing (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Proficiency in Figma, CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify), and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management.

Preferred:

  • Experience with A/B testing, tools like Optimizely/Salesforce.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Retail or home appliance experience.
