Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their enterprise client. This role will work a hybrid schedule 4 days in office, 1 day remote in Maryland Heights, MO.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically fluent Business Systems Analyst to join our Fortune 500 client's IT Ordering team. The selected candidate will work cross-functionally with Program and Project Managers to support reporting, documentation, dashboarding, and project coordination efforts. This individual will also partner closely with senior leadership to relieve bandwidth constraints and drive day-to-day execution of portfolio deliverables.

Responsibilities:
* Business Systems Analyst will serve as a business analyst across critical projects within a large IT portfolio, providing hands-on support for documentation, dashboards, test case planning, and project tracking
* Create detailed process flows and maintain accurate documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across 30+ cross-functional teams
* Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager on reporting needs, dashboard updates, and overall project health tracking
* Interface with PMs and technical teams to ensure accurate capture of requirements, user stories, and test cases-especially for high-visibility FCC and regulatory projects
* As a Business Systems Analyst, you will maintain and update project dashboards using SharePoint, and visualization tools like Tableau
* Understand technical concepts such as APIs and CI/CD toolchains to better facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders
* Ensure alignment between business needs and project execution, bridging strategy and operational details

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience with process flow creation, documentation, and requirements gathering
* Working knowledge of SharePoint and Jira
* Understanding of API functionality and how systems interact at a high level (no coding required)
* Ability to manage multiple competing priorities across a wide range of stakeholders and project teams
* Proven track record of being proactive and taking full ownership of deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with Tableau and/or Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting
* Experience using MS Project for project tracking and reporting
* Background supporting test case creation and mapping user stories to test artifacts

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
