Job Details

A convenience store retailer with a new office location in the Charlotte area is hiring a part time IT Support Specialist. This is a contract opportunity that will be part-time ranging from 10-30 hours per week. Mainly remote on call work for Tier 1 support needs.

The company is growing, and they need some assistance to provide IT support for their executives in their new office. This is their first office in the NC area. They are ideally looking for someone that has previous IT support experience with tier 1-2 support working with Windows, M365, Active Directory, addressing hardware and software issues, and AV support for conference rooms. Any white glove or C-suite support is a big plus.

The role will be mostly on call from your home, with occasional onsite as needed. You will be needed for about 10-30 hours per week for this contract.

Contract Duration: 6 Months

  • Previous IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support experience
  • Windows troubleshooting

  • Active Directory assistance with user accounts and password resets

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
  • 100% Tier 1 support for users, around Windows, Active Directory, O365, Outlook email, and AV support for conference room meetings.
