Role: BA/PM
Location: New York, NYC 10036- Onsite
Job Specs:
- 3+ years experienced PM and BA to manage the delivery of complex projects to take forward data governance in in Basel Capital and Operational Risk domain
- Candidate needs to be able to work with geographically dispersed groups across IT, Finance, and Risk in a very dynamic, high pressure, very visible project setting - superior communication/stakeholder management skills are a must
Candidate will take ownership of:
- Project manage technology change delivery to achieve strategic regulatory and renovation goals
- Planning and effective communication with various delivery teams (agile squads) and senior management
- Advance data governance goals for finance divisions including updating data dictionaries, adding data attributes, and dataset level controls, and data lineage
- Follow effective governance processes across all three lines of defence
Key Skills needed:
- Prior experience managing large complex changes driven by regulatory initiatives - preferably, working as a scrum master or product owner
- Have experience in Basel 3 capital regulations
- Experience in data governance or lineage programs - in a program lead capacity
- Preferred experience in regulatory reporting (e.g., FR-Y9C, FR-Y15, etc.)
- Fluent in agile methodology and practices
