Our client is looking Marketing Agency Operations Engineer for Long term project New York below is the detailed requirements.

Job Title: Marketing Agency Operations Engineer

Location: New York

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

  • Support releases of new applications and application updates in AWS Windows environments for both pipeline and manual deployments
  • Support system maintenance where needed for example OS patching AWS service upgrades deployment of new pipelines
  • Review monitors for application performance and security resilience
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise provide insights on how to prevent issues in the future
  • Perform problem analysis data analysis reporting and communication
  • Work with vendors as needed to resolve 3rd party application issues or perform 3rd party application updates
  • Work with customers as needed on joint customer deployments
  • Work with internal teams to resolve work blockers that require operations help for example approved onboarding or escalation of issues requiring operational help
  • Provide support for disaster recovery testing
  • Provide support for security and infrastructure audits
  • At least 2 years experience managing and maintaining Windows IIS Environments
  • At least 2 years experience managing and maintaining AWS EC2 Environments and AWS Landing zones
  • Experience with AWS service functionality and security
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving production and lower environment issues
  • Good understanding of AWS network infrastructure and experience working with ingress and egress network paths
  • Previous work in an Operations Engineering or DevOps Engineering
  • Preferable to have a major in Computer Science in the Undergraduate Graduate
