Senior Front-End Engineer (React)

Overview
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Engineer with strong expertise in React to design, develop, test, and deliver complex software applications. You'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality deliverables, mentoring team members, driving technical solutions, and contributing to the strategic roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively lead and participate in all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of roadmap initiatives.

• Define project scope, specifications, and resource requirements.

• Translate requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.

• Propose and implement scalable architecture and technical solutions.

• Deliver high-quality, tested features, fixes, and enhancements.

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle and support post-deployment.

• Define best practices for application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.

• Research and present emerging technologies for architectural review.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance.

• Participate in all testing cycles and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance on complex projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience

• 5+ years in front-end development using React, JavaScript, CSS, Node.js

• 3+ years with Java & Spring Boot

• 3+ years with PostgreSQL & MongoDB

• 3+ years with Azure, Kubernetes, Docker

• 3+ years with automated testing (Appium, Selenium, Postman)

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps

Preferred Skills

• Monitoring tools: Datadog or New Relic

• API management with Apigee
