Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a detail-oriented and insights-driven Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic marketing analytics team. This role focuses on media measurement and campaign performance analysis, supporting data-informed decision-making across marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver actionable insights using cross-platform analytics tools
* Collaborate with data engineers to onboard and automate data pipelines
* Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL for scalable reporting
* Build dashboards and reports using Tableau, Python, and other BI tools
* Translate marketing requirements into clear analytical frameworks
* Monitor data integrity and escalate inconsistencies as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* BA/BS degree and 2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, web analytics, or online media
* Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data infrastructure
* Experience with media measurement across platforms (web, app, video)
* Skilled in Excel, Google Workspace, Tableau, R, Python
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Nice to Have:
* Background in mathematics or statistics
* Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery)
* Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence
* Ability to work independently and think critically

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
