Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant with a strong background in Public Sector implementations to join a high-impact project for a government customer in Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Payroll modules in compliance with public sector-specific requirements.
This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence once a month and during critical phases of the project lifecycle (such as testing, go-live, and stakeholder workshops).

Required Skills:
- Lead or support the implementation of Oracle Fusion Payroll for a public sector client.
- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design specific to government payroll policies and compliance standards.
- Configure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, costing, and fast formulas in Fusion HCM.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment of business requirements with system configuration.
- Perform unit testing, support UAT, resolve issues, and assist with data conversion and reconciliation.
- Document configurations, test scenarios, and support post-go-live stabilization.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations specific to public sector payroll processing.
- Participate in cutover planning, go-live support, and hypercare activities.
