Title: Healthcare Data Solutions Architect
Location: Remote (USA) - Up to 25% travel required
Duration: Full time Permanent Role (NO Contract)
Work Authorization: This role is not eligible for company sponsorship now or in future
We are seeking a Healthcare Data Solutions Architect who can own end-to-end delivery and operate confidently in client-facing environments. This role requires strong technical execution, excellent communication, and deep healthcare data expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery: discovery, architecture, build, deploy, and monitor
- Design and build scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Spark, Delta, and Medallion architectures
- Work directly with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure solutions meet HIPAA, regulatory, and interoperability standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes
Required Experience
- Recent (1 2 years) hands-on Databricks + Spark/Delta build experience
- Must have built pipelines (not oversight only)
- Strong background with healthcare data:
- Claims, payer, or provider datasets
- HL7/FHIR or interoperability experience (strong plus)
- Proven ability to own end-to-end delivery
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
