Title: SAP Fieldglass Consultant
Location: Rosemead, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Experience: 8+ Years Preferred

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to join our team for a 6-month engagement in Rosemead, CA. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP Fieldglass Vendor Management System (VMS) and experience in integrating it with SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Fieldglass modules (Contingent Workforce, Statement of Work, etc.).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Manage Fieldglass integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA, SuccessFactors, and other third-party systems.
  • Support end-to-end processes for contingent labor, time tracking, and invoicing.
  • Develop documentation including business process flows, functional specifications, and test scripts.
  • Provide post-go-live support and system optimization.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent system usage and compliance with corporate policies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass (Implementation and Support).
  • Strong understanding of VMS configuration, SOW management, and worker onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Experience integrating Fieldglass with SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, or SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data and workflow issues across integrated systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or Hybrid delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Fieldglass Certification (Contingent Workforce or SOW).
  • Knowledge of SAP Procurement or HR modules.
  • Prior experience in utilities, energy, or manufacturing
