Job Details

Requirements:
  • 2 or more years of experience in digital accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508).
  • Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and visual content creation.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as My Emma.
  • Experience with web content management and updating program pages.
  • Experience in measuring communication performance and reporting platform metrics.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data tracking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update program web pages adhering to digital accessibility standards.
  • Develop clear, accessible content for websites, social media, and print materials.
  • Produce monthly newsletters and track associated engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design culturally competent materials.
  • Prepare quarterly reports measuring communications performance and recommending improvements.
  • Support communication planning and outreach for statewide health initiatives.
  • Contribute to campaign development and community education projects.
