Job Title: Oracle Grants Functional Consultant Healthcare Industry

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid with occasional travel)
6 Months

Project Overview

This is an Oracle Implementation Project for a leading healthcare client, focused on Grants Modules. The project is currently in the Testing phase and is planned to go live in January 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Grants Module for a healthcare client.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong hands-on configuration experience with Grants and related modules.
  • Provide expertise in Labour Distribution processes within healthcare organizations.
  • Support the design and handling of Internal Funding Revenue processes (e.g., Federal Grants and other funding sources).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage in customer-facing discussions for solution delivery.
  • Handle customer engagement and escalation management effectively.
  • Contribute to defining the capitalization process and integrating with related modules.
  • Work closely with offshore teams, ensuring smooth coordination, knowledge transfer, and delivery.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to handle different approaches from various teams and provide optimal solutions.
  • Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful adoption of Grants functionality.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Grants Module (mandatory).
  • Prior healthcare industry experience is required.
  • Experience with Labour Distribution Module in healthcare settings.
  • Knowledge of Federal Grants and internal funding revenue processes.
  • Hands-on configuration skills across Grants and integrated modules.
  • Experience in capitalization processes.
  • Proven ability in customer engagement and working with cross-functional business/IT teams.
  • Prior experience working with offshore teams; ability to manage occasional onsite travel to Atlanta, GA.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in Oracle Financials/Projects modules alongside Grants.
  • Exposure to healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.
