Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads through databases, LinkedIn, industry events, and inbound inquiries.
Execute targeted outbound campaigns (email, phone, social) to engage prospects and ABM campaigns for existing account expansion.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as business need, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Jade Global s sales and service lines..
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and optimize lead nurturing strategies.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Track and report on KPIs like lead conversion rate, engagement metrics, and pipeline growth.
Stay informed on industry trends, Jade Global s services, and competitors to effectively position offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Min 1 year of experience in B2B IT/Tech lead generation, inside sales, or business development preferably for US target audience. Clear understanding customer personas and tech audience pain points.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in US English.
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), email tools (Hubspot or Salesforce Pardot), and lead gen platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Advance understanding of B2B IT services, enterprise software, and digital transformation trends including ISV offerings by Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow.
Worked with globally distributed teams and comfortable working in flexible hours to cover US stakeholders and prospects
