Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
As Software Engineer II, you will work with Product Managers, Analyst, Testers and cross-functional global teams in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting OFSAA solutions within the Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) suite, particularly related to Enterprise Case Management (ECM), KYC Customer Risk Rating (CRR), and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes.

Responsibilities
- Perform the implementation of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) for the FCCM suite, focusing on Enterprise Case Management (ECM) and Customer Risk Rating (CRR) modules.
- Manage data movement from the FCCM base data (BD) to ECM, ensuring proper correlation and running batches using OFSAA Framework.
- Configure and customize ECM, including security attributes, to meet business requirements and facilitate integration with third-party applications.
- Design, Monitor and troubleshoot batch processing jobs within the FCCM environment, ensuring the timely processing of data for risk and compliance assessments.
- Work on optimizing the performance of the FCCM suite by fine-tuning ECM correlation rules and enhancing system performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Application software programming OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Application software programming
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with OFSAA FCCM (ver 8.05 and above) product modules.
- Knowledge of the ECM data model, Business Analysis experience working with the users on ECM requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and PL/SQL.
- Oracle ECM UI customization experience.
- Knowledge in the Compliance domain on Anti Money Laundering, Know Your Customer, Customer Screening, Enterprise Case Management.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in Agile delivery is preferable.
