Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic client acquisition and relationship development across diverse domains including Private Enterprises, Government Agencies, Direct Clients and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This remote role requires a seasoned professional with deep insight into vendor partnerships, client onboarding and scalable growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored business development strategies for each client segment (Private, Government, Direct, MSP)
  • Drive client acquisition through proactive outreach, proposal development, and contract negotiation
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities via recruitment platforms, vendor networks, and targeted campaigns
  • Foster long-term partnerships by delivering consistent value and aligning services with client goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence and client satisfaction
  • Lead RFP/RFI submissions for government and MSP accounts
  • Stay current on market trends, compliance requirements, and procurement processes across all domains

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development within US staffing, private/gov clients.
  • Strong understanding of Government contracting and MSP ecosystems
  • Ability to tailor communication strategies to varied audiences
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and client engagement skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools, recruitment platforms, and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
