IT Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee
projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating
teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that project goals align with the
company s strategic objectives. Serve as a proactive leader capable of navigating complex
stakeholder relationships and balancing competing priorities across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute detailed resource strategic plans, timelines, allocation, and work with the recruitment team.
• Coordinate with internal and external POC s for flawless execution of projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance timelines, using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Provide regular status updates and drive delivery.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and change requests.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Lead and motivate teams internally and externally.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (Master s or PMP certification is a plus).
• Proven working experience (3-5 years) as a project manager in a similar role.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Decision making ability.
• Proficient in project management tools.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%

Preferred Skills:

• This person should be a self-starter who is organized, proactive, and able to manage
  multiple ongoing priorities. Strong attention to detail and experience working in consulting or
• IT environments is a plus. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings, anticipates needs,
  and excels in communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or requirements across teams.
• Experience with data analysis and translating insights into actionable project plans.
• Exposure to consulting firms, IT projects, or supplier/vendor-based project delivery is highly desirable.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues with minimal
  supervision.

Tools & Technologies:

• ServiceNow for incident tracking, change management, or project workflows
• Microsoft Excel strong experience using formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
• Google Sheets collaborative tracking and reporting
• Project Management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira
• Collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams or Zoom
