Process Engineer -Finance domain-W2 ONlY

Role: Process Engineer
Location: San Antonio, TX - Onsite
Mode: Contract (6+ Months)

Experience: Relevant Experience as a Process Engineer / Process Consultant: 4-5
years

Focus:
We are looking for a knowledgeable Process Consultant to give solid advice in their
field of Banking or Insurance. They will be responsible for analyzing a process/process
model/function and providing a fresh perspective. You will discover the most suitable
solutions, whether it is proposing a new IT system or implementing a full strategic plan.
Is an expert in matters concerning their BFSI (Banking, Insurance processes).
Excellent skill in identifying the cause of problems and presenting their solutions
in a comprehensive and detailed manner.
The goal is to help businesses be more functional and successful. (Banking
Insurance Processes)
Identify optimization areas within the process functions and derive cost savings
benefit.
Experience in creating business case and manifestation.

Skills:
Strong analytical, statistical, and programming skills (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Conducting process analysis and identify areas for improvement within existingprocesses.
Designing and implementing solutions: Develop and implement process changes
to enhance efficiency.
Undertake short-term or long-term projects to address a variety of issues and
needs
Meet with management or appropriate staff to understand their requirements
Use interviews, surveys etc. to collect necessary data
Conduct situational and data analysis to identify and understand a problem or
issue
Present and explain findings to appropriate executives Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives
Formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections Evaluate the situation periodically and make adjustments when needed
Thorough knowledge of field of expertise and willingness to keep abreast of
advancements
