Salesforce Developer | Detroit, MI

One of our top clients in the lending industry is seeking a talented mid-level Salesforce Developer to join their dynamic team at their Detroit, Michigan office. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Salesforce to design, develop, and maintain robust solutions tailored to the needs of the enterprise online lending platform. Your primary focus will be on creating efficient business processes and enhancing user experience through the development of custom flows using Apex.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing complex business processes, designing and implementing custom solutions. Additionally, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing technical guidance and support to junior developers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Experience creating flows with Apex.
