About the Role:

The Logistics team is at the core of the CrowdStrike family, supporting Technical Operations to ensure seamless daily operations. The Logistics team is looking for an individual to support our Technical Operations inventory and asset management needs. This individual will aid our production and R&D operations by reviewing, examining, validating and reporting on physical assets. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, an understanding of asset lifecycle stages, familiarity with basic accounting principles, cultivated in vendor management, effective communication, attention to detail and record keeping.

This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, flourishing environment. Candidates should be problem solvers interested in expanding their breadth of knowledge and learning new technologies and processes.

What You'll Do:
  • Research and analyze multiple points of data related to company assets
  • Validate and update asset management records
  • Generate depreciation/memorialization reports for assets placed in service
  • Examine, evaluate and modify construction in progress (CIP) records
  • Identify gaps in processes, repositories and applications for potential automation and process improvements
  • Review, investigate and process invoices
  • Partner with Finance on asset inventory control


What You'll Need:
  • 3+ years of experience working in a professional technical environment
  • Problem-solving skills with a data driven decision making mindset
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets functions, features and formulas to organize and analyze data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative with cross-functional teams
  • Equipped with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workloads
  • Able to quickly grasp concepts and workflows in a progressive environment
  • Basic understanding of depreciation lifecycle management and workflows


Bonus Points :
  • Knowledgeable with data center assets and components, specifically: servers, network switches, storage devices
  • Background in logistics, fixed asset management and vendor relations
  • Experience with Coupa, NetSuite, Wasp, Jira, Slack

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $110,000 - $175,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
