Job Title: AI Solutions Lead
Location: Montvale, NJ (Onsite: Tuesday to Thursday)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to lead and support Generative AI (Gen AI) initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of designing and delivering scalable Gen AI solutions in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Gen AI solutions leveraging LLM frameworks, AI Agents, and modern protocols like Model Context Protocol and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication.
• Utilize hands-on programming experience in Python and .NET to develop, integrate, and deploy intelligent systems.
• Continuously explore, learn, and apply emerging technologies in Generative AI to meet evolving business needs.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to build and deliver AI-powered applications.
• Clearly articulate technical concepts and solution impacts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work with autonomy, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset to drive results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Operate effectively in a large corporate setting, bringing strong communication skills, business awareness, and good judgment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Gen AI solution development, including use of frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face.
• Solid understanding of AI Agent architecture, Model Context Protocol, and A2A communication design patterns.
• Strong coding skills in Python and .NET.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Prior experience in large corporate or enterprise environments is preferred.
• Energetic, driven, and open to continuous learning and innovation.
