Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the P&C Insurance industry, with a focus on Guidewire PolicyCenter.
3+ years of hands-on experience working with Guidewire Rating Engine, including understanding of Rate Books, Rate Tables, Rate Routines, and Pricing Logic.
Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and rating principles.
Proven experience in translating complex business rules into functional specifications.
Knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and integration workflows.
Proficient in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel.
