Position: Guidewire PolicyCenter Business Analyst with Rating Experience

Location: Remote Position

Experience: 10+ Years

Project Duration: 12+ Years

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the P&C Insurance industry, with a focus on Guidewire PolicyCenter.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Guidewire Rating Engine, including understanding of Rate Books, Rate Tables, Rate Routines, and Pricing Logic.

  • Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and rating principles.

  • Proven experience in translating complex business rules into functional specifications.

  • Knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and integration workflows.

  • Proficient in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel.
