Citibank, N.A. seeks a Data Integration Sr. Lead Analyst for its Fort Lauderdale, Florida location.
Duties: Coordinate and oversee the planning, execution, tracking, and management of the cost, schedule, and scope of all programs/projects in the data portfolio globally, with a particular focus on Latin America (LATAM). Collaborate with business sponsors and stakeholders to develop project roadmaps that align with business objectives and priorities taking in account financial and data regulations in the LATAM region. Manage global and local data use cases, the data concern management process and data segregation projects across LATAM. Track and monitor programs/projects to ensure they are completed on time, according to specification, within budget, and adhere to the critical success factors established during program selection. Implement Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Safe, Agile Project and delivery management, to streamline project execution and optimize resource allocation. Direct data portfolio activities, conduct reviews, manage risk, and address escalated impediments by driving adherence to program procedures and standards for program delivery. Identify and resolve specific data issues such as data quality, as well as other issues related to metadata management, data lineage, data modeling, reference data and metrics. Redesign processes to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, decrease redundant efforts within the team, and lower touchpoints for better quality of service and business satisfaction. Ensure compliance with global regulations such as Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC), data governance laws such as the LGPD (General Data Protection Law) in Brazil, and financial regulations such as Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and Federal Reserve. Participate in Citibank divestitures as a project manager and data specialist. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, International Business, Business Administration, or related field, and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a KYC Operations Senior Manager, Compliance AML KYC Senior Manager, Compliance AML KYC Manager, KYC Senior Analyst, KYC Operations Analyst, or related position involving data remediation and data regulatory compliance for Latin America within the financial services industry. 8 years of experience must include: Project management, including planning, executing, tracking, and managing the cost, schedule, scope, sourcing, and onboarding; Agile methodologies including Scrum Master, Kanban, Safe, Project and delivery management; Project and data management tools, including Jira and Excel; Data governance laws applicable to the U.S. and LATAM; Compliance with global regulations including Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC); Federal Reserve and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) financial regulations; Leveraging data analytics to manage initiatives for business needs and requirements, and ensure data governance; Developing solutions for business reporting issues, including data quality; and Implementing and redesigning experience of business processes, and improving quality controls within the banking industry.
