Job Details
Required Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
- Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, payer/provider models, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud is expected
- Knowledge in Health Cloud and Revenue Cloud is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, reporting, and automation tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
