Key Responsibilities:
The role involves designing and developing data solutions using Informatica Customer 360 and MDM platforms to create a unified customer view. Key responsibilities include building data models, defining hierarchies, and customer profiles, gathering business requirements, and implementing data governance, data quality rules, and match/merge logic. The position also requires integration with multiple data sources and downstream systems, performance monitoring and optimization of Customer 360 workflows, and supporting data stewardship and compliance with privacy regulations.
