Position: Network Real Estate Specialist/Developer II

Location: Charlotte, NC or San Antonio, TX

Onsite Requirement: Hybrid

24 month initial contract, potential to extend up to 30 months

Description:

Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years

Candidates may be located near: Charlotte, NC and San Antonio, TX

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and have the ability to work independently, accurately, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to conduct meetings, evaluate issues, provide solutions, and drive aggressive timelines

Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize data and develop recommendations

Manage and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and provide status updates

Ability to analyze, negotiate, structure, prepare, and present risk assessment and analysis

Experience with Vz databases such as Fuze

Strong Google Workspace tools, Word and Excel

Partner with peers across the organization to align on delivery dates, and project status

Ability to manage and execute competing tasks and multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and flex with changing business needs

Research background information related to contact/project issues, gathers records and files, and puts information together

DESIRED SKILLS:

Strong Database Management skills

Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work quickly

JOB DUTIES:

You will be the SME, POC and liaison that supports inbound colocations from application through contract execution including processing inbound applications, reconciling and managing national database for your assigned markets, searching and compiling costs, design, reviewing contracts for accuracy, and obtaining necessary approvals while reaching deliverables. Partnering with cross functional business and financial leads in Operations, Network Finance, Legal, Submarkets and Accounts Receivable to report on projects, statuses, and deliverables.
