Description

We are looking for a dedicated Product Support Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will focus on enhancing agent experiences, resolving user concerns, and guiding individuals through technical solutions and features. As part of a dynamic team in the insurance industry, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative support and ensuring seamless communication and functionality for agents and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary advocate for agents, sales staff, and internal teams by addressing their needs and concerns.
Collaborate with management to design and prioritize features and user stories based on agent feedback and operational requirements.
Assist in developing carrier inbound data processes for sales readiness reports, agent profiles, and new product support.
Provide analytical support to create actionable sales reports, dashboards, and insights for agents and teams.
Participate in product visioning and roadmap discussions to drive initiatives like sales enablement and digital transformation.
Guide agents in testing and utilizing specific product features to enhance their experience.
Investigate and report product issues by simulating user scenarios and analyzing functionality.
Maintain and update internal databases with records of technical issues and user interactions.
Monitor and respond to agent complaints on social media, offering timely support and solutions.
Share feedback-driven feature requests and effective resolutions with team members to improve processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or product support roles, emphasizing the voice of the customer.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with users.
Familiarity with handling inbound calls and addressing user queries effectively.
Analytical skills to interpret data and create actionable reports and insights.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve processes.
Problem-solving capabilities to identify, analyze, and resolve product-related issues.
Proficiency in managing databases and documenting technical interactions.
Experience in gathering and sharing feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
