ECS is seeking a Videographer to work in our Norman, OK office.
About Our Company
The Maintenance and Technical Support Center (MTSC) is the maintenance backbone of the United States Postal Service. It provides a 24-hour help desk, engineering field support, and maintenance handbook creation for the equipment used throughout the United States. It is based out of Norman, Oklahoma. The open position is a part of the video team within the Technical Publications department.
Description
We are looking for a videographer/editor to assist with the creation of technical videos for the USPS. You will work with a team to create concise, well-produced videos to partner with written handbook procedures. Occasionally longer-form recordings of trainings will be required to be filmed and edited.
Employees should be willing to travel for production a few times a year and be able to operate without supervision while completing tasks on a fixed timetable.
An ideal candidate needs to be well-rounded and be familiar with aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is required, with familiarity of After Effects and Audition heavily desired.
This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour work week and regular hours, with the occasional schedule change if production needs require it.

Responsibilities
- Work with a team to plan, script, and execute multiple productions a week.
- Edit recorded material into a final product.
- Provide voice-overs if necessary.
- Work with and create graphical templates to be used in standardized videos.
- Closed Caption creation.
- Follow the industry and build your knowledge and skills.

- Managing workloads and timelines
- Bachelor's Degree in video production preferred
- Provide a reel that highlights their real-world production capabilities
- 2+ years of professional and/or extensive college video production experience
