Description
Advisor Services Group provides program support to Financial Advisors on new client and account set-up procedures and issues, in addition to account change request support and tracking. Advisor Services Group also provides administrative training and website usability support. The Transition Associate is responsible for seamless execution of Advisor's business conversion into the Managed Money program by providing Advisor training, paperwork preparation and account establishment support.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prepare the account establishment documentation for the Advisor
Track the submittal of new accounts documentation
Track and administer new account funding and maintenance activities
Communicate with Advisors on open account-related issues and issue resolution
Actively monitor outstanding trading exception issues
Act as a liaison between the Custodian, Advisor and internal corporate departments
Continually evaluate day-to-day activities for process improvement opportunities
Participate in selected departmental process improvement initiatives

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.

- 2+ years in financial services
- Knowledge of investment products
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Access, and Excel
