RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Office 365 Administrator in Boston, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and security/compliance tools
* Design, implement, and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes
* Support the deployment and governance of Copilot Studio agents and integrations across departments
* Collaborate with business units and citizen developers to build and maintain low-code/no-code solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio)
* Monitor system performance, usage analytics, and security compliance using Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Power Platform Admin Center
* Provide Tier 2/3 support for Office 365-related incidents and service requests
* Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for internal stakeholders
* Participate in governance planning, including environment strategy, data loss prevention, and lifecycle management for Power Platform solutions
* Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap updates, licensing changes, and emerging AI capabilities
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
* Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Copilot Studio
* Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and identity management
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Defender, Exchange Online Protection, and conditional access policies
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
