Job Description:
Seeking a technical support specialist for great opportunity within the medical industry. Position will be 100% remote, and must work first shift from 8-5. This is for a 6-12 month contract with potential for perm.
This will be a level 1 role, as part of a technical support center supporting medical devices and medical systems. A technical background and strong problem skills will be necessary.

Responsibilities
- Provide remote troubleshooting for software, hardware and network related issues for external customers
- Collaborate with internal and external groups on solving more complex technical issues
- Document problems in knowledge database
- Maintain a high level of success with the team's Key Performance Indicators
Required Skills
- 2-5+ years of technical support experience (No more than 5 years total)
- 2+ years Windows Servers, Active Directory
- 1+ year troubleshooting networks
- 1+ year VMWare
- 1+ year SQL or Oracle (relational database)
- Associate s Degree (preferably IT)
- IT Certifications: MCP, CompTIA, etc.
