Job Details:

An all-around NetSuite person onsite here at Pleasanton office. A technical person that can build new saved searches and reports, KPI's, Dashboards, manage, suite analytics, and implement configurations and customizations in NetSuite

  • Design, build, and maintain NetSuite saved searches, custom reports, KPI's, and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Manage and implement Suite Analytics solutions to enable enhanced data insights and reporting capabilities.
  • Configure and customize NetSuite modules, including fields, workflows, scripts, and user roles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation on newly implemented features or reports.
  • Monitor and maintain NetSuite system performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
  • Design and implement custom workflows, SuiteScripts (1.0/2.0), and automation to optimize business processes.
  • Manage NetSuite user roles and permissions, ensuring proper access control and security.
  • Assist with NetSuite data migration, data imports, and data clean-up as needed.
  • Develop and maintain custom NetSuite dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
  • Perform regular system audits and upgrades to ensure smooth NetSuite performance.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to align NetSuite functionalities with business processes.
  • Stay up to date with NetSuite releases, SuiteApp integrations, and best practices.
