Job Details

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Producer to join our creative team, focusing on video and photo studio projects. This role is pivotal in producing engaging content that not only captivates our audience but also sets new industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with creative leadership to align on project objectives and develop detailed production plans.
  • Manage a variety of projects, including brand photo and video shoots, sizzle reels, and social media productions.
  • Coordinate resources and oversee project execution both in-house and with external agency partners.
  • Support communication and feedback loops with external agencies to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Lead content development and oversee production capabilities across various projects.
  • Manage video production workflows and ensure timelines and milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to create strategic content opportunities.
  • Assist in budget management, including generating purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Source and manage freelance talent to maintain high creative standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced production efficiency.

Skills

  • 4–5 years of experience in producing large-scale campaigns, product photography, and video capture.
  • Proficiency in production and project management tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, lifestyle, or CPG brands.
  • Experience with hybrid working environments and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation in production processes and technology.
