Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Package Specialist to join our team onsite in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM configuration and integration, along with expertise in database development and reporting tools. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HCM operations and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Oracle HCM modules.
- Develop and support Oracle HCM integrations.
- Write and optimize PL/SQL scripts and procedures.
- Utilize Oracle Analytics Service (OAS) for data reporting and insights.
- Support and enhance applications using .NET and MS SQL (SSIS/SSRS).
- Leverage AI technologies to improve reporting and automation capabilities.
- Work with stakeholders to analyze and fulfill business and technical requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with Oracle HCM configuration and integration.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Analytics Service (OAS).
- Familiarity with .NET technologies and Microsoft SQL Server, including SSIS and SSRS.
- Exposure to AI-based solutions in enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
