Job Summary:

We are seeking a Geospatial Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience to lead the development and implementation of geospatial solutions using Azure technologies. This role requires strong expertise in cloud services and geospatial data management. Operating in a hybrid work model, the candidate will ensure seamless integration of geospatial data with business processes to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Nice-to-have Skills:

Additional experience in geospatial data platforms or mapping technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of geospatial solutions aligned with business goals.

Integrate geospatial data with existing systems to support data-driven decision-making.

Utilize Azure Pipelines, Repos, and App Service to streamline development and deployment.

Manage scalable deployments using Azure AKS and Resource Manager.

Ensure secure data access and storage using Azure Key Vault.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address geospatial data challenges.

Maintain documentation for geospatial processes and solutions.

Monitor and optimize application performance for high availability.

Conduct regular data quality assessments to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Provide training and support on geospatial tools and technologies.

Stay current with advancements in Azure and geospatial technologies.

Gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet stakeholder needs.

Recommend new tools and technologies to enhance geospatial capabilities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Azure Pipelines and Repos for code management.

Expertise in Azure App Service and AKS for application hosting.

Strong understanding of Azure Key Vault for secure data handling.

Proficiency in Azure Resource Manager for provisioning and managing resources.

Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills in a hybrid work environment.

Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
