Workfront Platform and Process Manager

What is in it for you?
We need a contract Workfront Platform and Process Manager to serve as our primary Workfront owner for Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations. This is a hands-on admin and process role focused only on Adobe Workfront. The contractor will stabilize and improve our current setup, design and refine workflows, support campaign and creative intake, partner with our automation team, and drive user adoption through training and day to day support..
Responsibilities: -
- Serve as primary Adobe Workfront admin for Marketing and RevOps
- Configure and maintain templates, request queues, custom forms, routing, and permissions
- Translate business processes into Workfront workflows for campaign intake, project delivery, approvals, and SLAs
- Standardize intake models, templates, naming conventions, and basic governance
- Partner with an internal automation and AI team to define and test Workfront based automations
- Provide role-based training, documentation, office hours, and end user support
- Use Workfront data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Skills: -
Mandatory skills
- Must have direct Adobe Workfront admin or advanced power user experience
- 3 to 5 years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Project Management, or similar
- Proven experience designing and configuring Workfront workflows and structures
- Experience driving adoption and change management, not just back-end configuration
- Strong communication skills and comfort working across marketing, operations, and IT
Good to have skills: -
- Experience with Workfront Fusion or other automation tools
- Experience in a B2B or complex enterprise environment
