As a Product Manager in the Web surface unit, you are an integral part of the team that is leading the design, development, and delivery of our firmwide employee web experience. Leveraging experience in building consumer-focused products, you will apply these learnings as we strive to build a consistent, connected experience for employees through removing friction, and unifying disparate services into an experience that our employees enjoy using every day. The product manager will leverage data insights and user research to influence our prioritization decisions, balancing daily needs from stakeholders in an ever-evolving business environment with high value functionality and capabilities as we build to our target state.

The ideal candidate would have relevant experience gained in a consumer-oriented role, building and shipping product to customers. They should have a data orientated focus, leveraging engagement and usage insights to direct the product roadmap.

Job responsibilities
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and deliver value.
  • Responsible for tracking website performance through metrics to identify trends, optimize experience and increase overall effectiveness of web experience.
  • Lead data-driven experiments to inform product direction. Responsible for testing across the web surface (and possible other channels), managing the pipeline and the end-to-end process.
  • Measure product KPIs and success measures by understanding the target outcomes and tracking our progress against targets.
  • In close collaboration with engineering and design partners periodically assess and optimize processes to improve team running.
  • Respects, values and promotes diversity and inclusion.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering consumer products, experience with cross-platform web technologies is preferred.
  • Expertise of using Adobe Analytics or comparable analytics platform.
  • Experience in front-end web development.
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven strengths in resilience, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of microsites.
  • Experience working with multi-level management and groups.
