RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is hiring for several Technical Support roles in the Lehigh Valley, PA area. Candidates must be local to the area. These are 100% onsite roles.

Summary:
The Technical Support creates tickets including required information to fulfill Windows 11 deployments. The candidate also participates in scheduling and communication of deployments as necessary.

Essential Functions:
* Technical Support collects data from various internal and external sources to process business requirements of operational requests
* Updates database with collected information to ensure asset tracking accuracy
* As a Technical Support, you will perform data analysis and fulfills reporting requests
* Routinely reviews data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors to address them promptly

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2 years of experience in Information Technology with focus in technical fields similar to Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Science
* Knowledge of processes of assigned area(s) and applications
* Attention to detail and ability to analyze and solve problems and interpret data
* Ability to effectively deal with multiple and changing priorities
* Ability to work well in a team environment and to be self-motivated and self-disciplined
* Ability to learn and share knowledge with other team members

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
