RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - ServiceNow (Hands-On) for a Remote role (preferred: Frisco, TX).
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep hands-on experience in ServiceNow, particularly in Scoped Applications and Flow Design. This role goes beyond a generalist BA-it requires someone who can work directly within the ServiceNow platform, understand and design complex flows, and collaborate closely with developers in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a ServiceNow SME with strong hands-on experience in Scoped Apps, ITSM modules, and Flow Designer
* Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and flow designs within ServiceNow
* Collaborate with developers to ensure technical solutions align with business needs
* Participate in client interviews and stakeholder meetings to gather and refine requirements
* Make independent decisions in a fast-paced Agile environment
* Ensure clear and effective communication across technical and non-technical teams
* Troubleshoot and optimize existing flows and scoped applications
* Support UAT and deployment activities as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years focused on ServiceNow
* Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, Scoped Applications, and Flow Designer
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to make decisions independently and drive solutions forward
* Experience with client-facing roles; Sumithra will be attending client interviews
Preferred Qualifications:
* ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
