Job Details

Job Title: Enterprise Integration Director Location: Waltham, MA or Brooklyn, NY office, would come in when asked for meetings

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to enhance integration capabilities over time.
  • Strategically manage data integrations, governing and approving architecture while understanding design patterns.
  • Improve integration design and delivery, including reference architecture and best practices.
  • Develop a scalable integration platform with platform owners to meet evolving needs.
  • Identify and monitor data interdependencies to optimize and reduce complexity.
  • Implement a comprehensive integration catalogue detailing available integrations/APIs.

Skills Required:

  • Proven leadership in enterprise-scale data integration.
  • Experience with reference architecture and integration patterns.
  • Expertise in managing large, complex transformation programs.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage data governance and integration architecture.
  • Proficiency in developing strategies for critical data element identification.
