Job Details
Our client, a leading professional services provider is in need of an Avaya Communication Manager Technician for a full-time opportunity in Alburquerque, New Mexico. This individual will be expected to work onsite and primarily be traveling to customer locations throughout the area. This individual will be primarily conducting any necessary moves, adds or changes to an Avaya system going from CM 8 to CM 10. They should have experience with basic level programming and be prepared to install phones, and change voicemails, phone numbers and passwords.

- 2-3 years of telecom experience preferably with Avaya
- Experience working with both Avaya Communication Manager v8 and/or v10
- Experience conducting moves, adds and changes and basic programming
- Ability to travel to customer sites in the Albuquerque area
