Job Title: Endpoint Support Technician Location: Sacramento, CA (On-Site)
Duration: 10 Months


Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Endpoint Support Technicians to provide on-site IT operational support across multiple office locations in Sacramento, CA. This role will primarily assist with the Windows 11 Lifecycle Support initiative as well as day-to-day endpoint, hardware, and conference room technology support. Candidates must be capable of working independently, managing support tickets, and traveling locally between designated office sites.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support across assigned office locations

  • Travel between local office sites using personal vehicle (mileage typically reimbursable per company policy)

  • Support Windows 11 lifecycle tasks, including deployments, troubleshooting, and user assistance

  • Perform hardware and software inventory audits

  • Carry out lifecycle replacement services for desktops, laptops, and related devices

  • Deliver technical support for computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications

  • Assist with conference room equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance

  • Support technology needs for committee and board meetings

  • Complete tasks within the service ticketing platform in a timely manner

  • Maintain consistent end-user support during normal business hours


Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience delivering fully functional and operationalized IT support solutions

  • Technical support experience within the past 3 years

  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows 11

  • Minimum 2 years supporting desktops, laptops, and tablets in an enterprise domain environment

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Windows OS and user profile support

  • Minimum 2 years of imaging experience

  • Experience installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and preparing computer hardware, printers, plotters, and peripherals in a networked environment

  • Experience with OS and hardware lifecycle replacement processes

  • Must have a reliable personal vehicle for travel between office locations (approx. 7.4 miles apart)


Desired Qualifications

  • CompTIA Technician certification

  • ServiceNow or similar ticketing system experience

  • Experience with software installations and application updates

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for diagnosing software and system issues
