Job Details

Applications Analyst II & III Epic Systems (Hybrid role - 50% onsite in Edison, NJ or at various HMH locations in NJ, as needed.)

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking experienced Applications Analysts to support Epic modules across clinical and revenue cycle areas. In this hybrid role, you'll analyze business needs, configure and test systems, support implementations, and mentor junior analysts. You'll work independently, contribute to process improvements, and provide on-call support.

Level II compensation starting at $82,513.60 Annually - more comp details listed in the job description online.

Level III compensation starting at $95,555.20 Annually - more comp details listed in the job description online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and translate business/clinical requirements into system specifications
  • Configure, test, and implement Epic applications
  • Provide go-live and ongoing support
  • Mentor junior analysts and review documentation
  • Collaborate across teams and contribute to workflow optimization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 - 4 years of IT and/or clinical experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Epic certification or relevant application experience
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
