Job Description: 
seeking 2 experienced Data QA Testers with a strong focus on SQL-based data validation and Snowflake database testing. The ideal candidates should excel in writing complex queries, validating ETL workflows, and performing thorough data quality checks. Experience in Python scripting for automation is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

Perform data validation, profiling, and testing on data pipelines

Write and execute complex SQL queries to test data transformations

Validate data between source and target systems (including Snowflake)

Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to identify defects

Perform ETL testing and ensure data integrity in data warehouse environments

Create test scenarios, test cases, and scripts

Utilize defect tracking tools like JIRA or ALM

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
```

Required Skills:

9+ years of experience in QA testing, particularly in data/ETL environments

Strong hands-on experience with SQL (joins, aggregations, analytical functions)

Experience validating datasets in Snowflake (or similar cloud data warehouse like Redshift/BigQuery)

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with Agile methodologies
```

Preferred / Good to Have:

Experience with Python for test automation

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)

Prior experience in healthcare or insurance data testing

Experience testing BI/Dashboard tools like Power BI or Tableau

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and documentation abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
