Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (Onsite once weekly)
Client: Daiichi Sankyo
Duration: 12 months contract
Rate: $70/hr on W2 or $80/hr on C2C
Medical Affairs Business Implementation Lead

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Medical Affairs strategic initiatives, with emphasis on digital transformation and validated systems. This role bridges Medical Affairs and IT, ensuring compliant, technology-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and HCP engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and execution of Medical Affairs projects, focusing on digital tools and GxP-compliant systems.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborating with IT, QA, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
  • Oversee implementation of platforms such as Veeva Vault, VeevaLink, Veeva CRM, Quello, and Sci Max.
  • Manage validated system deployment, ensuring compliance with GxP standards and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Drive development of HCP portals/websites with user-friendly, compliant design.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget, optimizing processes through technology and data analytics.

Qualifications:

  • 6 10 years in Medical Affairs/project management in pharma/biotech.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva platforms and other digital tools.
  • Strong background in GxP system implementation and validation.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • PMP/Agile or GxP-related certifications a plus.
